Every 12
Week Body Make-Over participant receives:
Baseline Assessment:
Photos, weight and body measurements, body fat composition and fitness
level evaluation.
One-on-One Training:
You'll be guided every week for three hours by our personal trainers.
You have your own customized weight training regime designed to help
you meet your goals and body type.
Cardio Workouts:
Five or six days a week, you'll participate in cardio training. This
can be done on your own or under our supervision.
Diet and Nutritional
Counseling:
You will need a sound eating program. We'll show you the right foods to
eat to get maximum results in the shortest period of time. As you move
through the program, we'll adjust as needed.
Tracking and Monitoring:
Bi-weekly, we'll meet to discuss your progress, take measurements and
provide any additional support you may need to look and feel great.
